Most fitness apps treat training as a list of exercises to check off. Oblige is built around skill progressions — structured paths that take you from a regression you can do today to the full movement you’re working toward.

Movement by movement

Every exercise sits inside a progression: an ordered chain toward a goal movement. Instead of guessing what to do next, you follow the path — and when a step is too hard, Oblige offers an easier variation or an alternative that trains the same muscles.

Programmed exactly as intended

Under the hood, Oblige supports seven rep-design types, tempo notation, and unilateral tracking — so a workout is prescribed precisely, not approximated. You just follow along and log each set as you go.
